Instilling entrepreneurship and an entrepreneurial mindset is the need of the hour for an empowered India. Developing knowledge on entrepreneurship need not make a person an entrepreneur. Still, it will nurture an enterprising mindset that will lead one towards excellence in school and beyond the school years. Similarly, entrepreneurship is not just confined to economic activities and the creation of start-ups; it embraces other areas of life, such as stimulating students to think creatively and aspiringly, making them self-reliant, flexible & adaptable.

Pandemic disrupted learning across the globe in the last two years. However, it could not dampen the spirit of the SAIoneers; the 13th edition of UNWIND is back with the same enthusiasm and joyousness, with a new feel and a newer dimension to offer the students exposure and learning with a gamut of activities and workshops and it will be bigger, better and bolder.

We envision a world where young people are free of apathy, purposelessness, addiction and complacency, by embracing the personal responsibility, service, creativity and purpose of an entrepreneurial way of being.’ I think that’s a vision we can all get behind – therefore, UNWIND is the place to start; An event par excellence and beyond imagination to support entrepreneurial, leadership and creativity skills. The mega K-12 cultural fest offers skills and equips SAIoneers with empathy and selfless service.

The vision of Founder-Chairman Dr Bijaya Kumar Sahoo was to build critical thinkers, problem solvers with insightful and focused thoughts, the future entrepreneurial citizens of India.

He dreamt of creating global leaders who are critical-thinking innovators with flourishing careers and ready to re-shape the world for the better.

We strive to give a 360-degree holistic development through activities such as UNWIND by imbibing the 21st-century learning skills of critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity in the children for a futuristic world.
